[NTLK] Tantalum caps

Hi Jay,

It's highly unlikely that it was just the cap. When caps tend to blow
(usually from excess juice) they have already taken chips, resistors and
even circuit board with them. Either someone tried to get fancy with a
homemade power supply, or they Newt got a surge from the mains at some
point. With out seeing it I would venture that you need to trace back and
see what else was damaged if you were ever to get that to run.
