[NTLK] Installing the internal Emate memory expansion

I managed to get a internal emate memory expansion.  It has been a while
since I read about these.  I know where it goes and have access to the
battery/card compartment already.  But I thought I would double check
before I installed this.....I assume I need to do a backup as it will
wipe the memory after it is installed?  And to make sure the battery is
disconnected before I install it.

Anything else I should know?
