[NTLK] What is the easiest way to get an image onto a 2100 that is supposed to be displayed full-screen?

Image format restrictions wouldn't matter, I could convert to anything
required. It would be OK if the image wasn't really displayed full-screen,
i. e. if the button bar would still be visible. I have Windows XP and a
Newton 2100 connected serially.
