Probably not.  If by "blocked" you mean you got the "Intruder Alert! Intruder 
alert!" page (i.e. Robot clutching Lara Croft), I got the same thing just now.  
Attempting to access the cached version of the site gets me either the same 
page, or a "403 Forbidden" message. : (

(Perhaps he has reached his bandwidth allocation for the month?)
