[NTLK] What happened to http://homepage.mac.com/simonbell/connection/?

Apple just killed off MobileMe and their mac.com services at the end of 
June. I couldn't find a mirror, so I've uploaded my copy to Mediafire 
for now. It isn't the original .dmg, but it should contain all the same 
files.
