[NTLK] NCX in OSX/Roman

Hi Roman

Don't have a reason for your problem with the download from Simon Bell's
website.
I can email  (as an attachment) the NCX download to you. The download is
6.8 MB. Will your email handle this?

NCX does not need OSX 10.5: 10.4 is just fine.
