For what it's worth, there is an organization called Freepress (http://www.freepress.net/) that is very active in "media reform" and one of their campaigns (http://www.savetheinternet.com/) is very much opposed to SOPA and is campaigning hard against it was well. Worth taking a look if you're interested.

Just the kind of legal-bullying-for-hire that big rights-holders understand and look to use, so they can (or so they hallucinate) maximize profit at almost no cost to them...
