You need a Keyspan USA-28 which is an usb adapter to two of the mac round serial ports, check on ebay or used computer stores or maybe check with the fellow on here that bought a bunch of newton stuff he may have one. The drivers are still available on-line. Only other thing is to have a mac serial cable.

Using the keyspan and drivers with NCX (should be on UNNA) you will be able to transfer programs to the newton under OSX (I have OSX 10.6) without too much trouble.

I have not seen a adapter that worked but again maybe someone here has figured it out

Depends on what you need, I have a couple cards that work but can't recall what is on them right now and as I mentioned I do not know what you want or need....
Others may be willing to get a card to you too.
