[NTLK] Connecting with Mountain Lion?

I can get NCX running on ML and have my OS8.6 iMac running and connecting to the newton by ethertalk.  I had to email the NCX packages to the iMac but for some reason only the EthernetDock package is recognized as a package.  The TCP and Serial packages aren't recognized as packages by NCU on the iMac.  Now of course I can no longer connect because the Appletalk option doesn't exist.  I assume I could remove the EthernetDock package from the newton and bring that back?  

I'm wondering if the problem was with emailing the packages from the MacMini to the iMac?  Is there a place to pull the two packages direct from the internet?  I have Classilla running and was able to download the latest 2010 patch from 40hz so i should be able to pull these packages as well…I'm hoping...
