Do you have battery trays for your two 2100s?  Or just the battery packs?

I'm guessing you only have the former.  However, I did want to suggest the Eneloops + battery tray combination just in case you did happen to have a tray or two on hand and the battery packs were simply your preferred methods of powering the Newtons.  

(The problem, of course, is that the wretched battery trays are so damned difficult to find now if you don't already have one on hand.)
