True, Grant, but to do justice to the whole mood of the sig, the UNNA entry
needs to be expanded so as to go into the minutiae of sourcing and preparing
ingredients, correctly assembling and serving of the components of poutine,
and of course, the proper way to serve and eat it, the traditional
accompaniments. Perhaps also a list of sources of ingredients and recipes,
some discussion of valid vs. unacceptable variations on the essence of
poutine, and a bit about how to find establishments that serve good poutine
would be in order.

After all, anything less is just -- well, slapdash. Our entry needs to
luxuriate in poutine, to wallow in it, if you will.

*The Destruction Of Life As We Know It*
might not be as relevant to Newtons
        as poutine.
