That's correct.

That's partially correct. The main reason is that I want to reach as many
people as possible. Since my English seems to be good enough to be
understood by most people, I write the pages in English. Usually before I
write the German "translation". Unfortunately, English is the only foreign
language I know reasonably well. My French is, well, maybe sufficient to buy
a Hamburger in Paris, and my knowledge of Spanish is almost zero. This is
because my Spanish class at school was terminated after three weeks because
most of the pupils were unable to pronounce the "r". I could've killed that
stupid teacher...

It most certainly would. However, as I said, for all languages except
English and German I'd need both a native speaker who translates a page and
a handful of native speakers who proof-read it. If someone out there feels
tempted to translate something, by all means get in touch. My favorite
language is Italian. I love the sound of it :-)

Right now there are at least 12 different ones you could drive me into.
Theoretically. But not right now, because I'm in the middle of an
alcohol-free month :-)

Cheers
