I've got a Keyspan USB Serial adapter, model USA-28.  This allows you to
use up to 2 RS-422 mini-DIN8 serial devices on a Mac via USB.

I don't have a way to fully test it, but it is recognized by OS X 10.8.3.
 Includes the box (well worn, and has stickers on it from an educational
surplus sale) and software CD as well.

Would like to get $20 shipped via USPS Priority Mail to the lower 48 states.
