[NTLK] Orlando poutine? (was: Montreal Poutine Week)

Ahhhhh, made Poutine last night. It was very gooooood.

"She, who must be obeyed" did some corrections to the St. Hubert poutine sauce mix. She added a sprig of thyme, some pepper, and a dash of HP sauce.

The fries weren't quite hot enough, or the curds were too cold still,  so the curds didn't quite melt properly. But they were properly squeaky.

Went to Chez Cora for breakfast, had proper Montreal bagels.
