It was a rhetorical statement. The current mailing list software does not offer the flexibility to specifically flag new accounts based on the domain name.

Short of placing all "low-security" email hosts (like Yahoo) into permanent moderation mode, there's not much we can do.

However, since Mr Szarlat has not contributed to the list since 2003, I assumed it was a forgotten, legacy account.

He has been unsubscribed.
