Great stuff, Matthias!  I got it up and running on my Nexus 7 running 4.1.

A few notes:

- All versions of Einstein including this one tend to hang on me at the end
of the setup wizard, here:

I tried to debug this once but couldn't figure it out. It's not a complete
hang -- the inker still works, but the wizard never ends (notice the
selected Done button)

Restarting a few times usually lets you advance past it.

- I couldn't get the press-and-hold selection marker to appear.

- If it's easy, I'd love a pref to run with integral "nearest neighbor"
scaling (no smoothing of the Newton pixels)

I made a short video of the emulator in action. I'll try to get it uploaded
soon.
