You can buy the power adapter at Newtonsales. 20$+Shipping. About the battery pack, maybe you can make one yourself with an AA battery tray. The main problem it's that it involves cutting some internal plastic, although it's not visible from the outside:

But if you want the original battery pack, AppleMacParts still has it on stock (brand-new) for 89$:

The question is how much charge will a 13 years old stock battery hold, even if it's brand new as advertised. It may need new AA-cells anyway, and if so, it will be way too expensive. You can also try searching for it on eBay. Part No. 922-2938. This kind of old Apple parts appear from time to time, just keep your eye on eBay for them.
