[NTLK] Newton Video Player

I rewrote it to split the PICTs by 100pict per rsrc.
Now need to get it to compile… Maybe DyneTK on my desktop will do better

Hmmm ... that might help. I didn't realize that the program output the converted video and a series of PICT resources.  

Trying to process a smaller chunk of resource data might be a good solution.
