[NTLK] iOS HWR in GoodNotes

GoodNotes was just updated with HWR. It's awkward, to say the least. You
have to write with your handwriting, and when done, use the lasso to select
it all (use resize to fix things, and make a selection rectangle), press
and hold and then "convert" and your hw text is converted to text for
sending. You still have to write and store as ink text, but at least you
can now export to real text. It's no Newton, but it's better than nothing.
