[NTLK] Einstein Xcode project cleanup

unarmed is basically just UDisasm.cp from Einstein rejiggered into a single-purpose tool in plain C.
I assume that particular bit of Einstein descended from RoughDisarm, but I didn't use RoughDisarm's code directly.
