[NTLK] [ADMIN] List Reset Issues

Hello.

First of all, I'd like to thank everyone for their patience while I slowly fix everything after the unannounced server migration.

Along with all of the digest flags being lost, here are some other outstanding issues:

* All static list archives since November 2009 are currently missing
* All custom list auto-response emails are missing
* The custom list information page (with all the instructions) is gone
* The digest volume numbering has been reset to "1"

However, I did manage to recover the banned and allowed (alternate) address lists.

At least that's something.
