[NTLK] Einstein on OS X Mavericks

Hi everyone,

Current Einstein from the GoogleCode site does not work with OS X Mavericks. Until we can do an official release, I have put a recently compiled version online which you can find here. Please let me know if this version works for you on Mavericks, and also if it works on other versions of Apple OS X.
