I've tried the apk file you put up for download both on a Samsung Galaxy
running Android 4.1.2 and a Nexus 7 running 4.3. It didn't miss a beat on
either device. Next we'll check if the culprit might be your REX file or
your ROM file. Could you please put both up for download? Please do not
publish the download link on this list, since the ROM file is not supposed
to be available for download at all.
