[NTLK] Hyperlinking Notes

Hi All!

This might be a pipedream, but I'd like to find software that would allow me to embed, in a note, a hyperlink to another note.

The hypernewt package, despite its name, doesn't appear to do this.

Any thoughts on a bit of software that will do this? I'd love to find something that runs on the OMB-but that may be a real pipedream.
