Well, I sure hope they do. Can't be that difficult to bring into iOS8. Most likely, did not make the intended profit off of the Newton, perhaps they will be intrigued by these new devices or not want to take a risk again.
This is the worst part of technology to me. Know something is coming or is possible, maybe a game changer and waiting forever for things to sort out and we finally get our hands on it.
