[NTLK] Einstein on iOS after WWDC2015

Xcode should be able to target any OS & version combination you have an SDK for. However the iOS 6 SDK no longer ships with Xcode, so it would have to be extracted from an earlier release of Xcode and installed in the correct place. 

Whether or not the newly announced sideloading capability requires a specific version of iOS on the device, I haven't heard. Possibly it might.
