[NTLK] [ADMIN] Some minor changes to the list DNS settings

Hello everyone.

I've recently made a couple of (small) changes to the Newtontalk server DNS settings.

Hopefully, this will get rid of some pesky message bounces that outlook.com, hotmail.com, and live.com users were experiencing.

Of course, if I screwed things up you probably won't see this message anyway.

Have I ever mentioned that the internet and computers are stupid?
