OK. I found CD from eMate 300, and I installed NewtonPress with success. But when I try create book with pict, NP always crush. Any idea why?

You are running out of memory

Use an image editor (photoshop, etc) to convert the picture before pasting into your book. 

For Newton 120, 130, convert to black and white, with dither

For Newton 2000, 2100 convert to 4 bit (16 shade) gray scale
