Or the Way of the Rustic …
Get a package of full-fat mozzarella cheese, dice into ¼” cubes.
Buy KFC/MacDonalds/Wendies, etc, large fries. Or McCain frozen fries. Fries should be warm.
Buy a can of brown beef or chicken gravy, re-heat.
Put a large handful of warmed fries in a bowl; sprinkle a small handful of cheese cube on top; pour hot gravy over all. Give the cheese a minute to soften/melt, then consume. Adjsut portions to taste.
