[NTLK] What is a bootstrap card?

My bootstrap card is made by beaming all the necessary packages to another Newton and saving it in the in outbox. Everything, including the new Y2010  ROMs and Internet packages, can be put away to your internal store. 

Installing a ROM this way is simple and causes your Newton to reboot, then you're all set
