Yes. You will have to install a developer environment on the Pi itself or a cross-compiling environment on a Linux machine, Mac, or a PC. Then follow the instructions "Building on Unix" at https://github.com/pguyot/Einstein/wiki/Build-Instructions

Then continue by downloading and installing the ROM and you should be good to go.

Sorry, there is no precompiled version for the Pi.
