[NTLK] Mac hosting issues

The Keyspan USA-28X has two female mini DIN-8 serial ports, so can be
used with any Apple Serial cable to go direct from the Interconnect
dongle to the USA-28X. I personally use a Keyspan USA-19HS (high
speed) which has a male DB9 serial port on it, so I use one of the
Newton female DB9 to mini DIN-8 serial cables that was intended for
PCs.

I too haven't upgraded to OS X 10.11 El Capitan yet, but my USA-19HS
works well under OS X 10.10 Yosemite.
