[NTLK] Newton and Classic apps ~debugging~

Hello list.

Whereas piracy is for sure a bad thing to happen, it is also quite a challenge to crack some of the programs out there that is quite fun to spend a day or two on. 
Debugging Windows and Mac OS X apps got kinda boring after doing it for a bit of a while, especially since most OSX ones come with App Store FairPlay encryption instead of something interesting. 
So I wanted to ask if anyone could provide a list, or maybe an overview, of debugging and patching tools for the Classic Mac OS and the Newton, that were popular back in the day.
