[NTLK] HWR comes to the iWatch

I may have misread, but IIRC, it's supposed to be wrapped up in the new macOS (Sierra) to be released later this year.  Not sure how that would be implemented on a desktop or laptop, but we'll see.  It would probably be a nice add to the iPad Pro with the 'pencil'.  

It was the highlight to an otherwise, to me, meh Keynote address.
