[NTLK] newtFTP - Where to purchase?

I would really like to purchase a license for newtFTP.  Tactile seems to have disappeared.  Anyone know where I might still purchase a license?

[This forum](https://68kmla.org/forums/index.php?/topic/27611-newtftp/) suggests e-mailing someone at a Hotmail address.  Is that legitimate?

Or…

If there isn’t a way to purchase newtFTP are there FTP alternatives?  Something that would allow me to save Newton notes to an AppleTalk share?
