Yes, well it was "donation ware", where you donated $45 (I think that is
the amount) to UNNA and in the note you put "Newton Connection Tools
supporting UNNA" then he would get back to you with your license code.

As for preparing to release it into the public domain, I doubt it.
Granted I didn't ask him, but from the very short letter I got, I don't
think he wants anything more to do with it.  And I am sure it would take
a lot of time and coding to remove the license verification he put in.
But I would love to be proven wrong.
