Yes, you can browse <http://www.unna.org/unna/> for a basic rendering of
the UNNA.org archives, plus  it--admittedly, a recent improvement--does
send the correct MIME types to support downloading directly to a Newton.

I think a similar option for Newton City would be a good addition,
