[NTLK] Newton-compaible WiFi router FS/FT?

OK, about AP for Newton. Officially I must admit that there is some issue with AP’s for Newton. I just tested my AirPortExtreme. Is not working. It’s strange, because WiFi connection is established (AirPort see Newton WiFi card. Router even give IP address), but there is some issue with DNS (like Robs problem).

My Time Capsule (working fine with Newton) is 1st generation Time Capsule. Working fine.
AirPort Extreme 2nd generation - won’t work…
AirPort Express N 1st generation - won’t work…

What I discovered: Lucent (orinoco) Silver won’t even work with my TimeCapsule… ELSA and Intel card working fine… Very very weird…

Morgan, It is not about configuration, because on all my setups I have the same manual IP etc. Must be something with establishing a connection. I’m not expert, but maybe ’N’ option is problem…
But in second hand, why Intel card working fine and Lucent won’t work? I don’t know...

Tomorrow I will do couple other tests with other AP’s and WiFi cards.

Best regards,
Pawel Piotrowski
