Frank, you probably have really bad luck :( I just get eMate from USA (I’m in Scotland, UK) without any problems. With battery inside, of course.

I don’t understand your case. Why the did it?

 I’m RC guy. I buy a lot of LiPo batteries and I’ve never any problems with this.
