[NTLK] eMate spring repair case marking

On those eMates that I've repaired the springs, I've put a 1-1.5 cm
circle of light colored fingernail polish so the unit can be
identified as having been repaired without having to be opened and
examined. If you look you can see it, and if you don't look, you
really don't really even notice it:

It's sort of the equivalent of clipping the left ear of a feral cat
whose been fixed, so you can easily identify it at a distance:
