They’re even nicer than the ones soldered to the Newton main logic board.  These have metal clips while the Newton ones are all plastic.

    I did receive notice from China today: the ROM-reader boards are on their way via DHL. Also, the edge connectors cleared customs from Canada. I will try to order the remaining parts on Monday.
