Thanks for putting out the call, Steven. 

Calling for more women for the film is not just to be P.C., but because there actually were a lot of women who worked on the Newton team, but also it just seems balanced and fair to make sure I get a broad range of perspectives if I can. I definitely appreciate any help with this. There are so many people who I would like to talk to.
