[NTLK] Einstein on Linux

So I fell down a rabbit hole of trying to fix Einstein's sound output in 
Linux.  Long story short, I'm writing a brand new sound manager class to 
output to PulseAudio.  I also got really *really* tired of the ancient 
build system (Perforce Jam!) so I'm moving things over to CMake; so far 
I can build the K library inside the Einstein sources with CMake and I'm 
working on the emulator proper.

Any other Linux or emulator gripes, either reply here or create an issue 
on the github:
