I wrote a new sound output driver for Linux, for the PulseAudio API.
It's all the rage. Also fixed the Jamfile build a bit, wrote CMake
build for the K libs. I'm still working on CMake builds for Einstein,
mostly because I'm learning CMake as I go along.

So first I fixed that, and then I realized that sound wasn't working, so now I'm working on fixing that. I have sound output but the PortAudio stuff is b0rked and sound is very very choppy. I want to fix that though.
