hi Marisa,

non-expiring, now public version 2.1e2 on:

I’ve added a clarification at top of that page (as well as regnewt.htm) to reflect the new free/public status for all users
(so, you can ignore mentions of “registered/registration” which I didn’t want to take the time to edit out...).
