[NTLK] Intel Series 2+ 16MB wrong size on Newton

If I remember right Intel Series 2 is fine but 2+ is not.  There are quite a few larger cards that don't work well in a newton.  I don't have access to my notes at the moment so I can't confirm.  And the website I used to use for such info is down.
