[NTLK] What Ethernet (not wifi) cards work with Newton 2100?

Rufus, from what I've read here, only the silver and gold WaveLAN cards
will work; the bronze version won't. The next question is could the bronze
card be re-flashed to at least silver or are there hardware limitations;
I've seen comments that the silver cards could be re-flashed to gold.
