[NTLK] Help with loading packages on card

While unna.org is down, Google found this mirror and it seems to be mostly
complete (at least all the packages I need I could download):

I've ordered a PC serial cable, and have an old PC with a serial port. I'm
going to try that first, but if I cannot make it work, I'd appreciate your
help!
