[NTLK] Old binary releases of Einstein

The source code of Einstein was moved to a web site called Github quite a while ago. It was previously on Google Code, using another filing system. Through the move, we lost a way to generate old releases of Einstein. If anyone of you still has older binary versions of Einstein that are not yet on this page:

Please send them to me, so we can add them for reference.
