Yes, I know that was mentioned many times, but no one gave any specific information except some enigmatic ‘protections’ etc. If I have 7.5V, 1.2A power supply, with good current rectifier and current limiter, what else that original have inside?

Is not about risk. I’m asking, because I have a plan to build special power adapter to power 5 Newton by one power adapter.
